Bad service and incompetent

I reopened my multichoice account end November 2013. I had everything installed and payed the R300 that I had to pay for the month. I filled in all paperwork so that the debit order is to go off on the 25th of each month. They however made a mistake and only put the debit order on for the 5th. I assumed everything was done as requested. However not expecting the amount to go off on the 5th there were no funds in my account. When i discovered this i went to see them at the branch in Middelburg and after they changed the debit date, I was assured that my service will not be suspended. They however phoned the next day to tell me the service will be suspended due to bad payment and so it was suspended. I went to pay the amount of R700 and went to the branch where the people there were extremely rude telling me it will be reconnected automatically. It wasn't and I had to phone them. They reconnected and assured me I paid too much and my next payment will be less than R300. That however was not the case and they deducted R910!!! I can not afford that and it's unacceptable. I work on a very tight budget, and I am not looking forward to go see them again, they are really rude!
