Really unhappy about the way the place is run

Hi there,

Really irrate about the service I experience yesterday at the Iron Man 3 launch. Bought my tickets online and collected them online. The line for popcorn was really long but that could be expected as they were renovating the cinema.

My problem though is the fact that for the R300 odd rand I spent on tickets alone I was told that the theatre we were supposed to see the movie in was closed and we were herded into another theatre were it was a free-for-all seat wise. No one was organized and the patrons weren't even interested in sorting out their mess.

Got really horrible seats because I had to make due as the movie was about to start but this is honestly ridiculous. I spent money to sit where I wanted to sit and I couldn't even be afforded that??

Would really like a reply as to how this mess happened and why there was not a plan of action
