Worst company eve

I was living in 27 Sundowner Lakes, i moved out on the 1 st of december, they only arranged to do the inspection on the 8th, i had to call them to make arrangements.
i had requested the paint colour to patch up where needed, they then closed and i was only able to give them the on the 2nd of january, it is now the 14th of january and accoding to our lease agreement, they are to repay my deposit within 10 days, i have still not received my deposit even though i have emailed them 3 ties and smsed them, they still have not replied to me at all.
