Durnavill Home Rentals our Deposit

Hi All,

We started renting last year in September from Durbanville Home Rentals. The owners of the house that we are renting contacted us in October last year to inform us that Durbanville Home Rentals have not paid them any of the rent money collected since May 2012. They requested that we start paying the rent straight to them as they have had no luck with Durbanville Home Rentals. I tried to contact Sally Ward, but her phoned stayed on voicemail and their office phone has a permanent message stating that you should call back Monday. We are now renting straight from the owners.

The problem is that they have our deposit and have now vanished with it. They did not even have the guts to let every one know. I have a good mind in reporting it to the police as and. They most lkely did this to a lot of people.

I don't know what do do now. I need my deposit back as this is what carries one throught to the next place!!!
