We want our deposit back!!!

My Boyfriend moved into Midriver Estates Kempton Park last year June/July, there were a few problems and was noted. They did not come back for the second inspection as he was told. In the second bedroom the tap was leaking through the wall which they NEVER fixed.
When we moved out end of March 2013 i couldnt wash the walls as the paint was COMING OFF now they are charging us R100 per mark!!
They billed us a total of R3000 for repairs, after 5 or 6 emails requesting our deposit.
We had to make debt to secure our next apartment and now we cant repay because of overcharging!! Just the walls they billed us R1270 AND R600 for Labour.
This is unacceptable!!
They use low cost paint in order to keep deposits.
DO NOT RENT WITH CSI RENTALS!!! They just want your money without maintaining the place!! WE WANT OUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!
