WOW - 3 Years of loyal service and no help

I'm renting from Townhouse Warehouse and have been since March 2010.
I have always paid my rent without fail. This month I notify them that I cannot make a full months rent and short paid by R500 and some change. When you're in the first month of losing your spouse and you have to try fit the bills yourself, its a matter of trying to make ends meet. I requested Townhouse Warehouses assistance by notifying them in advance that i couldnt make the full months rent (i paid R4000 instead of R4557), I emailed Zarina 1 March to let Townhouse Warehouse know that i cant make the full months rent and that i will catch up the arrears the end of March. No reply. Then i get an sms reminder 5 March reminding me that the rent was short paid. Then today to top it all, the 7th of March, the first response i get to my emails :

"Hi
Please note that the electricity tokens will be blocked until the arrears is paid.
