Pathetic management and questionable ethics

In the last few months there has been at least 3 cars from this complex (one of which was mine), one attempt to a car (also mine) and at least two cases where wheels have been of cars. Access control has not been fixed for more than 1 and a half years. Even with their "new measure" there was apparently another car (not included in the 3 that I know for a fact)!

The caretaker (Paul) comes up with excuses for any complain. The person responsible for security (Joe) spreads defamatory statements that the cars was for insurance by the owners themselves.

They illegally cut of your power when a payment islate. Their own body corporate rules state that services can be suspended at the end of a month not paid for (not at the beginning). This is their own rules and they cannot seem to follow it!

They inform you that your rent has increased after the original statement sent by them has already been paid. There is no problem with an increase in the rent, but the manner by which it is implemented is ridiculous and the legality of it is also questionable.

If anyone considers making use of this company's services, make up your own mind...
