Bad attitude

I called Daleglen Properties to enquire about an rental apartment. I had viewed it, but found that the place was unfinished (not referring to the modernist/minimal styling). I asked the secretary about proper sealing in the kitchen and whether or not curtain rails would be installed, she just transferred me to the manager who had an attitude of me not knowing what I was talking about. I had further questions about lease agreements, entrance and exit inspections and this lady just shooed me away. I was a finishing foreman for a prestigious developer and now find myself in civil engineering and am appalled by the treatment.
