Very bad service

My daughter, Crystal rented a unit in Florida Heights, unit 2 from Penny at Townhouse warehouse in September 2012. She was very happy there until one day when she was informed by Kobus (who is Penny's husband) that the unit she is living in has been sold and that she needs to move by the end of the month, giving her 12 days to find alternative accommodation. Now, when she tries to contact anyone in order to get her deposit back, all of a sudden "it has nothing to do with townhouse warehouse" but rather a company called TW group with a contact person called Jacques. After at least 100 calls to this phantom Jacques she still has not received her deposit back.

I think it is a shame that people can just turn their backs on their responsibilities. Firstly, giving a person only 12 days notice to move is ILLEGAL and secondly, she rented from Penny who was a representative of Townhouse Warehouse, therefore that is where the buck should stop.
