Manfred Garben is not paying the rent

I am living in Germany.

Mr. Garben from Company MediKing contacted me to hire a small warehouse in Germany. He told me that it is not possible for him to hire a warehouse in Germany as a South African Company. I know Mr. Manfred Garben via a friend so I hired the warehouse for him. He promised to me to cover the cost.
He paid the rent for this warehouse for ca. 1/2 year. Last money he sent was in December 2012. Now I am not able to reach him any more. Phone is dead. Emails are bouncing or he is not responding. Also his girlfriend Andrea Sandra Volkmann is not responding. Before Andrea Volkmann took care that the money transferred (but anyhow most of the time it came late).
Manfred Garben & Andrea Volkmann promised me to cover the cost and now I am sitting on more than R 5, 000 unpaid rent.
The owner of the ware house is charging me now. The warehouse is full of hospital beds and other hospital furniture that nobody in Germany wants. So I am sitting on a warehouse full of rubbish, have to pay for the warehouse and all because I did a personal favor for Manfred Garben & Andrea Volkmann.
