Pathetic service and disorganised management

I reside at one of the properties owned by them and i have been left in awe and dismay at this Current situation i am living under. as of the 28th of July i have hand living in a house with no electricity till today the 07/08/13 this matter has not been resolved.

I reported to my Agent who has been pointing me in all directions from the caretaker, trustees and Jika people who all seem to not know who is supposed to assist. This is unacceptable and not how you treat people who pay rent at your properties.

I am still staying in the dark and all i see is emails flying around with promises being made to fix the problem but no actual work is physically done.

Someone better do something fast because next i am going to the papers and not going to pay rent.
