Just Letting
RENT NOT PAID TO LANDLORD

Just Letting has rented my townhouse to a tenant and I paid the commission for the year.
I received the first month`s rent (Oct) but up to date nothing for Nov.
Promises are being made but JL has got millions of bank accounts and tenants probably dont know where to pay in.
If this continues (plus Dec rent is not paid by Fri 7 Dec) I will have to take legal action and claim :
1.The tenant be evacuated from my property ;
2.Lease agreement be cancelled

I will place a tenant myself.
