STAY AWAY FROM ELEANOR JACOB

Eleanor had found me a renter for my appartment and a contract was signed. We paid her upfront for her services as it was deducted fron the first months rent. My tenant paid her for the second month rent which is April's rent on 23 March. Its noww the 20 April and Eleanor has not paid the rent to me. She did confirm that the rent does appear on her bank statement at the begining of April and since then she doesn't answer her phone or reply to my emails. Please stay away from her services!!!
