I moved into a property at 112 Shana Park on the 2 nd of April 2013 after being promised the property has just been renovated. The first thing I noticed was that the carpert had not been cleaned and was promised that the owner will be sending someone to clean the carpets. Unfortunately due to my daughter being sick I could not make that appointment and I asked the owner to send someone during the week as there will be someone at home then. Up till this day the carperts have not been cleaned.
I started noticing more and more thing wrong with the flat especially the licking roof which I reported to Trafalgar. The owner refused to send a Trafalgar approved maintanance person and insisted on sending her own handy man. Up till today the problem still persists, the carpert is now mouldy and in parts has turned a strange grey colour due to the mold. The rooms smells. The cardboards are rotting and water seeps into the wardropes and has damaged my linen and clothes.
I have asked to be released from this lease with no success. I am hoping trafalgar will respond to my complaint and release me from the lease.
