Worst service ever experienced!!! PATHETIC!!!

Every person that wants to rent a property from Trafalgar needs to know about this! STAY AWAY!!! I was interested in a property that was being rented out by Trafalgar. The moment i received an email from Pvt Property,
i contacted the agent by the name of Isaac. I tried a few times to get hold of him and eventually he answered his phone. I told him that i was really interested in the specific property and instructed him that i am taking it. he then asked me if i want to take the place without viewing it and i told him yes. that was the last time i ever heard of him. i gave him all my details and i'm still waiting for the documents almost 2 weeks after speaking to him. i tried contacting him numerous times but he didn't answer his phone and didn't even have the decency phoning me back! is he making too much money? i eventually sent Natasha an email after struggling to get her contact details and the only thing she did was to give him a slap on the hand. i cant believe that a company does business like this. I lost the property after arranging the deposit and rent from my bank. your customer satisfaction is up to. Please people stay away from TRAFALGAR property.
