Horrible experience renting through David Stewart

Worst experience renting a property ever. Signed a 12 month lease and within 6 months of moving in, owner wanted to sell. No inspection was done either and nothing put in writing regarding the condition of the place. There was no cover on Jacuzzi as it was damaged during a party the owner had. I asked for a cover, owner couldn't afford it. I therefore never used the Jacuzzi. Carpets were disgusting and couldn't be cleaned. I gave notice to David Stewart Real Estate about me not renewing the lease at the end of September 2013. I was forced into moving out before lunch on the 31st of October 2013 when I had until midnight on the 31st of October 2013. Now I hear they want to deduct money from my deposit of R9000 for dirty carpets, even after I cleaned them. As well as the Jacuzzi being dirty (how was I supposed to keep it clean without an cover???) Nothing in lease agreement about the Jacuzzi. It is already over the 7 day limit and I still haven't received my deposit or how much I will be getting out. I am furious!! Worst experience ever renting a property. I will never deal with David Stewart Real Estate again. I just want my deposit back so I can get on with my life!!
