Refusal to add an owner to the Trustees Board

I am a co-owner of a Unit in Arcadia, Pretoria, which is under the administration of Trafalgar Property Management. Recently there was an AGM which i could not attend, at the AGM most owners did not attend, which resulted in only 2 owners showing up to the AGM.

As an owner i felt that 2 people can not be able to manage the affairs on their own and I offered my services an time to be added as a Trustee...

Both Retha de Lange and Adele Olivier refused to acknowledge me as a new Trustee and they indicate that no other person can be added to the current trustees until the next AGM, but when i read the Sectional Title Act i realized that by law Trustees are allowed to add members when required to.

I need to report this as it is unlawful for a Managing Agent to refuse an Owner to participate as a Trustee, whats even amazing is that this is a free will offer, which has not remuneration attached to it.

There has been a lot of funds that have been mismanaged, as the Portfolio Manager does what he/she wants to do with our levies, they have even gone to a point of skipping payments to the municipal bill and added some Management Agency fees which moved from R204 to R2570 a month.
