Excellence Marketing has been appointed to manage our rental property and from the very first day we had one issue after the other. These include: faliar to communicate, not returning calls, not replying to e-mails, under delivering on promises, swearing after ending a phone conversation (forgetting to put down the receiver) and lastly failure to comply with terms in the contract. I will warn all property owners against Excellence Marketing.
