Trafalgar still can't be bothered!!

I had reported a complaint on Hellopeter last Friday regarding the servicing and repairs of a complex managed by Trafalgar and received a reply from Karien Coetzee that the Pretoria branch will be in touch regarding the problem (21st June 2013). i have still not heard anything from them just as i hear nothing from Shereen and Maryna who keep saying that they are sending contractors to fix the lights in the corridor. it does not feel safe at all walking out in the mornings and evenings as one cannot see anything.

Same disgusting service as always!!!
