We rented a unit from properlet. Firstly when we moved in, the unit was very dirty, although we were promised that the unit would be properly cleaned. It never happened. The place was disgusting when we moved in. When we moved out, they promised the new tenants that they could move in early, when our contract with them have not expired yet. That was totally unethical of them. Abrie promised that they would give us the rent back for the few days that they let the new tenants moce in. I had to put my dogs in kennels for the days that they let the new tenants move in. Abrie promised me that he would pay the bill for the kennels as well. To this day he have not yet paid us a cent. I have left messages for him, but he refuses to get back to me. The service we received from them was terrible and I would urge no one to rent from them. They are unethical and they to their clients.
