Refusal to return deposit to tenant&pay owner rent

Carina Nel used to manage the rental of my apartment in Melville. Even though the tenant paid the rent for Oct 2012 into her account, she did not pay it over to me and did not answer any communication for a month. As this was not the first time this happened and I cannot afford my mortgage without the rent, I then asked the tenants to pay November's rent into my account. When she at last contacted me, she did apologise. However, when I told her thet the tenants would pay me directly in future and I would then pay her the commission, she broke all contact with me and to date (1 year later) has not paid me the rent for Oct 2012. When the tenants moved out in July this year, I requested her to pay them back their deposit, which she still has not done (almost 3 months later).
