Agent is unbelievably unprofessional!

We arranged a viewing on the 15th of December 2013, the agent, Hilary, met us and showed the property to us, we then arranged for another viewing a week later, the 22nd of December. Again, this was arranged and we looked at the property again. We informed her that we would contact her the next morning and make an offer. Shd said that was fine and the next day I contacted her and told her we want to make an offer, to my surprise she then said that someond else had put in an offer. Shd had never even mentioned that anyone else was interested in the place! She had many opportunities to do so and had we known there was interest from another party we would have acted with haste. The listing was for a 2 bedroom and on our 1st viewing we saw it had three bedroomx and pointed it out to her! Only then did she change the ad to reflect that! Her unprofessional behavior is disgraceful!! I will be warning people to steer clear of Rawson Properties!!
