I am very upset and disappointed!!! We were ready to move in to our new unit, lease signed... Less than a week before we had to move in we were informed that because of the previous owner not obeying rules (which the owner of the unit and rental company were not aware of apparently) we were told that we are not allowed to move in because of our pets as the previous tenants did not obey body corporate rules. We own two very small Yorkshire Terriers, well trained and has never caused problems at our current unit. The ad stated that small pets were allowed... Why do we need to be punished for a previous tenant/s mistakes. No we have 4 days to look for another unit.. Leaving us on the street until we find something. The trustees of Richfield is incompetent and insensitive to their tenants. And to add... the whole complex is lurking with pets, almost every unit has at least two pets... I warn you to not rent or buy from that complex.
