HUURKOR DOES NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT

We rented a unit from Huurkor and moved out end of November 2012. We have been trying for more than 6 weeks to try and get our deposit back.
Huurkor does not return your phone calls, and if you have the privilege of speaking to Luwandra, she is rude and arrogant and not at all a pleasant person to deal with.
Huurkor keeps on finding one excuse after the next why they will not return your deposit.
Huurkor is not able to present the initial inspection report from when you moved into the unit so you are kept liable for previous tenants damages!
We scrubbed the unit down and out, left it in a pristine condition, only to still receive a mail: " if the unit had been left in a clean condition... this would have been sorted out" (Take pictures of you cleaning as well as when you are finished - Keep the proof)
Not once since we moved into the unit did Huurkor ever have to phone or remind us to pay the rent. It was always paid IN FULL AND ON TIME. But do not expect the same courtesy from them when refunding your deposit.!
My advice is rather not to rent from Huurkor EVER!
