Huurkor
Extremely bad service!

When we arrived at Huurkors office, they said they dont have the key & we need to meet a lock-smith at the property. The place was in a horrible state! Dirty, not painted, broken windows&broken toilet. One side of the double garage was full of the previous tenants rubbish. Huurkor refused to do anything and said the owner needs the previous tenants rent as they did not pay-not our problem!! We had no where to move as we thought the townhouse would be ready for us as it was now 2 days after the date we signed for. We took pictures of the place and mailed it to Huurkor, hoping they would help us once they see what it looked like. We also completed the checklist to say what was wrong with the place. Once again they just didn't do anything and treated us extremely rude as if we were in the wrong. So we moved in and painted the whole place ourselve (same colour as it was before), replaced the windows, removed the rubbish from the garage. We rented for 13 months & never missed a payment. It is now 28 days since we moved out. Huurkor is now ignoring our mails and we did not receive any communication regarding our deposit. Really hope they manage to get their act together.
