UTTER DISGUST - JAMES MCMEEKING

Before dealing with Pam Golding I used to think they were a respectable, well known, go to sort of Company. I couldnt believe my eyes when I had to deal with James (letting Agent). We did everything he requested in due time but when It came to him bringing his side of the bargain he disappeared.

Complaints we had:
* Distinct smell of cat urine in the 3rd occupants room which made in uninhabitable.
* Plumbing issues
* broken cupboards, Falling off the hinges
* Broken shelves

For more than a month after laying these complaints he did absolutely nothing. He would ignore our phone calls and no reply to our emails.

Even after we informed he that he they had breached their own contract and threatenED to escalate it to my attorneys he did not respond. All we got was a short email from the Maintenance department saying sorry.

I cant get my head around how you can have an agent like this on board. He alone is dragging Pam Goldings name through the dirt. His total lack in customer service mind boggles me. The scary part is that I have been told by three seperate people who have also delt with him that he is absolutely USELESS.

I am expecting a call back within 24 hours.
