Shoddy Service with no help

I moved to Hartenbos in April 2012 with the reassurance that the house we were to move in had to no problems at all. After moving in I managed to find the telephone line had been ripped off inside the house, the bath shower handles in both bathrooms were rusted away, sink was leaking. After a month the paint inside the house was starting to peal off at all the windows, the outside veranda tiling was broken and started to chip off, the automated sprinkler system is broken and then estate agent who helped us with the house was telling me that this was not her problem and the problem was small enough for me to fix? There is water leaking down the main bathroom wall, which is now starting to crack the tiles. I have complained over the phone and verbally put complaints in at the office and yet its been almost a year and nothing has been done, 2 weeks ago i went to the Pam Golding Office in Mosselbaai and asked for a meeting with the current estate agent and owner and I am still waiting for a reply or anybody to contact me regarding these matters. If this is how Pam Golding does business you can count me out. They are waiting my money and I have had enough.
