We contracted pam golding to manage our property. After paying the commission for their consultant and other additional costs which they did not bother to explain or send an invoice for they allowed the tenants which were leasing the property to sublet, they let their furniture after vacating the property, the tenants informed us that the pam golding agent did not give them the one month notice to vacate the property instead they were informed 10 days before they were meant to be out. The consultant then conducted an exit inspection of the property and claimed that all the dirt that had accumulated during that period was wear and tear and had to be fixed by the home owner. the initial entry inspection indicates only that there was minor dirt on the walls, but when theses tenants left all the walls had dirt marks on them. The inspection report itself was shoddy and scribbled in by the consultant. They did not conduct regular inspections of the property during the tenants' stay and did not communicate when any maintenance had to be done on the property.
