Dismal Failure to Manage a Tenant

Below is one of my complaints which have not received a response. Very disappointing.
This email refers:
1.On 18 October 2012, Pam Golding was clearly given a mandate to terminate the tenant's contract and given a mandate to recover all arrears. Pam Golding ignored this mandate and failed to fulfill its contractual obligation as per management contract;

2. On 03 December 2012, Pam Golding confirmed the termination of municipal services to the managed property. However, the latest statement from the municipality shows that services are still being billed.

3. On 11 February 2013, Pam Golding was notified of the termination of the management contract, as attached.

4. On 19 March 2013, Pam Golding accepted one month's rental payment from the tenant and deducted a management fee, disregarding the termination notice.

Pam Golding has deliberately disregarded the above instructions. The tenant is still occupying the property and no visible action has been taken by Pam Golding. I have expressed my loss of faith in the company's ability to represent my interest.

I need an attorney who has teeth to take this useless and incompetent company on. I have suffered losses in excess of 50K.
