How long do I have to wait for feedback!!!

It was my first time renting and unfortunately I managed to get a place through Astrodon. From the time I moved in I requested that they fix certain things in the unit but this was never done and I ended up paying for it myself or leaving it as is.
When I moved out, I received a bill for water and electricity, which was really high for 1 person staying in the place and then deducted from my deposit. I called Suzette and querried the amount and at first she was very helpfull but later completly ignored my requests. All I wanted was for them to go through my statement and fix the bill I received (which she advised would be done) and that was the last I heard from her. It's been 2 months since I moved out and still my request was not seen to!!!
From the looks of it, they are very happy when you pay your rent on time but cannot assist when they are wrong!!!
