Sewerage Health Hazard Eden On The Bay

I am renting an apartment through Pam Golding, the agent being Peter Goosen. Sewerage has poured through the ceiling on 5 separate occasions. Peter finally admitted that this is an ongoing problem, going as far back as two years prior me taking occupation, with the cupboards in the apartment having had to be replaced due to this. Last night the entire apartment got flooded with sewerage, damaging all our furniture and various items of electronic equipment amongst others. On phoning Peter, he said it's not his problem and he is on vacation and what do I expect him to do about it. Sandra was just as unhelpful and rude and advised she is not interested but finally attended at 18h30. Later the apartment flooded again. Crista, the branch manager, this morning told me it is not Pam Goldings' problem and was just as unhelpful telling me I have to look elsewhere to stay. Pam Golding rented the apartment to me knowing of the ongoing problem but never disclosed it to me. Their attitude is appalling, considering I do not even have a bed to sleep in as the sewage splashed onto the bed during mopping. Still waiting for Lorry Wheeler to call.
