Would advise anyone NOT to use this company

In the post I received an Appraisal form to fill in, based on my experience with Pam Golding Properties and it is this form that has actually led me to put my complaints onto this site. Although this may not be a true reflection of Pam Golding Properties as a whole, it certainly shows poor professionalism on the part of the agent who undoubtedly failed to carry out her duties efficiently.
Initially the agent was only too happy that she had made the sale, naturally, she had made her commission, but later I was to learn she was not prepared to earn it. She was unpunctual, keeping me waiting for appointments. I found her extremely unreliable, NEVER following through with what she said she would. I was even to on several occasions. She avoided my calls, never phoned me back when I left messages and made excuses when I did get hold of her.
When the property was eventually registered in my name, she constantly made up excuses as to why she could not be there to do the handover, so I could not even get the keys to my new home - I eventually had to contact a locksmith to gain access. She said handover was not part of her job. There has been NO after-sale service or administration
