DISHONEST AND FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES

It's been weeks now i have been waiting for RBA to send a plumber to my house to fix their mess since they cant get anything right! I got a call from Philencia yesterday who called to tell me that their plumber should be at my house just after 2. I asked my manager if i could leave so that there will be someone present when he gets there!!! i waited, waited and waited and he never showed up??? i should've done something constructive with my half day??? IS THIS THE PRICE I GET FOR BUYING A HOUSE FROM RBA??? THEY GOT THE MONEY AND NOW THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT THE CONDITIONS WE IN!!! EVERYTIME I DO LAUNDRY THERE'S WATER ALL OVER THE HOUSE!!! LIRERALLY THE HOUSE IS ALWAYS DAMP!!!
