Kwikot
There is no urgency in this company

I had a busted gisser.when i phined my insurance, they sent a plumber, the plumber told me that the gisser is still under warranty of which the manufacturer is Kwikot.i received a reference number from kwikot.that sumone will call me to come and fix the gisser.the person called me in the following day and told me that they will come to my house.i asked him what time cause i'm at work, so that i can go. He said he doesn't know what time.mind you the water is messing up my house, i waited for more than 4 hrs.i phoned again kwikot they said they cannot tell me what time cause this depends on the jobs that they are doing.
so dissappointed with this company i will never buy anything from them.i mean really.not only does the water messing my things, i have to pay extra money for water this month.
