Terrible after service from Damp King

I've complained about bubbles and cracks forming 6 months after the damp & painting was done by Damp King. It took admin 5 months to get back to me & eventually sent someone out. They then had the audacity to charge me to fix the problems, which I refused to pay. Now a year and a half later, I have MAJOR bubbles forming again on the inside of my house and am now waiting AGAIN for Damp King to send someone out. Will I get charged to fix their mess - again??! I was very happy while they were busy with the project, but feel that now that I need them to come back they just have no interest to fix their mess whatsoever. Very dissappointed in after service & would like to know why do i have damp inside my house, yet again...
