Empty promises

I don't know how rba does it they full of empty promises I logged a call on the 18 of october and some guy called rob called me to re-assure me that someone will be at the house to fix the problems and guess what no one has come and to top it all off my house now is falling apart my roof is falling and the roof inside the house is now wet because they use cheap material when building our houses and we pay so much for these ridiculuos houses what should one do whn u don't get service for something that is suppose to be an investment? Somebody help as I wouldn't recommend for someone to deal with rba as they are a bunch of!
