THREE (3) DAYS WITHOUT WATER!!!

There hasnt been water in my house since Tuesday (15/01/2013). I went to the Municipal offices in Centurion on Wednesday (16/01/2013) to report the matter and I was told that a Plumber was to come to my house to fix the problem. Four full days later no one has came. I have spent minutes and minutes adding up to hours on the phone but still, no plumber!!! I cant waste space and write all strories I have been told, the fact is I still have no water in the house for four days!! imagine. I have never experienced such bad service in my life before. One thing for sure is if I was of another skin color, living in a certain area this would have been sorted within hours...
