Extremely bad service

I have never had such poor service in my life. Firstly I never receive a statement, secondly when I call them to hear whats due they never answer. I spent 3hours this morning trying to speak to someone who can help I tried 14 different centlec telephone numbers and they all either engaged or just rings on the one occasion when someone answered they couldn't understand me so the put down the phone in my ear instead of giving the phone to some better qualified to work there. I want to pay my account but how if I don't know how much, and then they wonder why so many people are in the arrears.
