Thank you very much to Billy at Finance at CENTLEC Bloemfontein and Agnes at customer care for assisting me so well this morning with my prepaid electricity application. I was impressed by their friendliness and helpful nature. Both were very competent and went the extra mile to assist me. The other staff (security and other employees) all greeted me and were very friendly. The property was clean and neat. Thank you! I was really impressed today!
