Un-aswered calls or answered and then dropped

My name is Nkaba Senne i have been trying to get through standard bank vehicle finance the whole day, at this following number 086 110 2347, your call will be answered but no one will speak and in the background you hear consultants talking. when they finally answered the phone i was given another number 011 227 4688 to call this is supposed to be the credit department. the phone just rings with no answer. This is very annoying especially that i am trying to make an arrangement to pay my car arrears.
