I called SARS to enquire about a penalty imposed on me for non_compiance. I spoke to a lady named Mbali who I asked to explain why I had been penalised asI earn less then R120 000 and thus according to documentation received from them means I don't have to submitt an income tax. Instead of an explanation I got the worst service ever, she had a bad attitude and spoke to me like I was stupid. When I asked to speak to someone else who can answer my questions she told me to drop the phone and call again. I even asked for her line manager and she tells me that she is not available and if I want to hold I can but no one is available to help me. All I wanted were answers and in return I got attitude. And I actually held the line for more then 30 minutes waiting to speak to a manager.
