Worst electricity provider ever! no proper comms

It is a waste of time to call centlec about problems, The telephones just rings or the lines is constantly busy! I can't buy prepaid electricity from my fnb bank account, they are supposed to be supported by fnb's services. I try to get help from fnb, but no joy, now I struggle to get answers from centlec, also with no joy!! Centlec has bad attitude to customers and there is a lack of customer care. In Christmas, a big part of Bloemfonteins power was out. I got back from holiday with a fridge where all my food is bad because of this, lost everthing, for this I can't even get proper help, the telephone just rings.
