I'm battling 6 months now to get my deposit back from Centlec. If you phone numbers for enquiry on the account, its the wrong number. Then they give you a number that nobody answers. Then I got hold of Johan Pretorius, but he can't answer all the mails but promise it will be paid back. Then someone said I must just wait. Needless to say I did not heard anything from Centlec,
There is no channel you can work through to get things done. Even when I applied for prepaid they said it takes 8 weeks when we already waited 8 months. One on another.
Actually they '' from people as they keep your money interest free as long as possible.
