Mr Price Sandton Ignores phone calls

Hi

I have been trying to reach Mr. Price Sandton Branch all morning.

The phone rings for ever and no-one answers it. When they do answer it, they do not have the decency to tell you to call later if they are busy, they put the receiver on the side and you hear everything they are discussing in the background.

You then hang up and try later and the phone is forever engaged obviously because the phone is off hook.
Other Mr. Price stores that I have dealt with answer within a few rings.
The Sandton branch is just pathetic.
