Chubb
No stand by service when alarm is not working

Hi.

i have been using Chubb now for a few months. For the first time I needed there service as my alarm system for some reason does not want to activate. I then called Chubb on Saturday night asking if they can please send out a standby technician. they then transfer me to a technician who first off all sound as if he is enjoying his night at the house, not very friendly and not helping at ALL!!! i then phone Chubb again and said I must call Sunday morning for the other technician. What happened?? the same thing the technician on standby just doesn't want to assist me at all. this is the worst service I received from any supplier so far. I mean not even able to send out technical support in order to get alarm working again and to protect yourself and love ones. Also don't understand how they can be called standby technicians if they can not come out and assist clients.
