Laptop repair frustration

Saturday 23 March: My laptop would not turn on, and called the dell technical support. The call centre was helpful, friendly and prompt which I was completely happy with. I was told that the technician would arrive on Tuesday (Fantastic!). I asked that the technician please call before they arrive and I will meet them at my residency
Tuesday 26 March: No response was forthcoming on Tuesday and I was forced to contact the technical department again where I was told that the technician called but I did not answer (this was not the case as I was not called). Logged another call out for Wednesday and again confirmed my cell phone number
Wednesday 27 March: I was called at around 10am - a technician will be in contact with me and will arrive later that day. I was not called. My cleaning lady said someone arrived and gave him my number but he did not use it. I work 5 mins away from home!
I called again at 1pm and was assured by 2 people that the technician will arrive tomorrow
Thursday 28 March: I called the technical department at 10am (Thinking I was paranoid for calling), they said my call was logged to late and the technician would only be able to arrive next week Tuesday!
