Great Service @ Motor Vehicle Licensing

I was at the licensing department and I had to pay outstanding fees on my other vehicle to get my license disc for a newly registered truck on my company. I was told this 10 minutes before the office had to close about the outstanding amounts and didn't have enough cash with me. Gladness told me to run quickly to withdraw the money she would wait for me so that I can pay. She waited past their closing time to assist me so that I didn't have to come in again. Great customer service! You don't get that very often from Municipal departments.
