Very BAD service from Tshwane Electricity

We invested in a PRE PAID meter and were not able to load any of the new paid electricity tokens we had. We were without electricity for 36 hours from Friday afternoon 12 pm till Saturday morning. We phoned the emergency number, spoke with various agents from Thursday morning 3H00am till Friday night - 21H30. The supervisor never phoned back as they promised she will do, the call centre agents just remarked "Oh u again" and made more empty promises.
No responce till Monday morning after more phone calls, a technician eventually arrived after the electricity ran out ONCE again after we MANAGED to load a bit on SAT while waiting for the technicians.
Their remark on our problem - our TOKEN we received and tried this morning was invalid - meaning all our TOKENS with which we struggled must have been invalid. Our meter would show the units until you enter the new TOKEN and then would go into ERROR... 30... status. I confirmed and the TOKEN IS VALID.
They eventually changed to KEY pad of the meter and made off that we were complaining for no valid reason. I was even put on HOLD this morning while still speaking to a call centre agent - that is how RUDE and INCOMPETENT they are.
