Excellent Service

We recently had a problem with our Prisma under counter geyser and after getting no joy from the retail outlet I contacted Kwikhot Durban directly. I spoke with the service manager Raymond, who arranged to come out the next morning with his tech to try sort the geyser out. They arrived promptly and got straight to work. They took the geyser out, cleaned it out put it all back but the hot water was still not coming out the hot tap. To cut a long story short they checked and cleaned all the pipes and fittings and got the geyser back to full working order.

Thank you Kwikhot Durban, and especially to Raymond and his team, you went the extra mile to sort out the problem. It is very difficult to get this kind of service today and it's nice to know that there are still Company's and people out there that care about their customers.
