The most bizarre situation. A time ago the geyser burst and had to be replaced with the ceiling. Sunday 26/1: water starts coming through the ceiling and I report the incident to Absa Insurance Company online. Monday: AIC plumber inspects geyser, takes photos of ceiling and leaves after informing me that geyser is under warranty with Kwikot. SMS: AIC's plumber has alerted Kwikot - I have to sort it out with Kwikot. Tuesday: Kwikot confirms that geyser is under warranty, but they can't replace because ceiling must be removed first. 3 calls to AIC they see that the Kwikot issue is their problem, as AIC installed the geyser in the first place. SMS: NGS Construction and Projects will contact me (nothing yet). Wednesday: Kwikot calls to find out what the situation is. Because there is no co-ordination with the ceiling contractor, Kwikot can only install on Thursday (or later). So on day 4 I still have cold water.
